01 / Leads
You buy leads.
They were already sold four times.
Consented, exclusive and traceable B2C lead generation
Here, one file goes to one buyer. And from August 11, French law puts the burden of proving consent on whoever places the call: you.
Is this you?
- You pay for contacts your competitors call the same day.
- Your sales team wastes hours on people who never asked for anything.
- Your supplier guarantees compliance, but gives you nothing to show.
- August 11 is coming and you do not know if your files will hold.
- You get hung up on three times out of four.
None of this is a fatality. Everything hinges on what you can produce.
From August 11, 2026, calling without consent is illegal in France
- 01
French law n. 2025-594 of June 30, 2025 flips the principle: no telephone prospecting without prior consent. The Bloctel opt-out list disappears the same day.
- 02
The burden of proof sits with whoever places the call, not with the supplier. On inspection day, you produce the consent.
- 03
A contract signed after a non-consented call will be void. The administrative fine reaches 375,000 EUR for a company.
What every file contains
Proof of the yes
The exact wording the person read and ticked, timestamped to the second.
Your name on it
One buyer, named before collection. That is what makes the consent valid.
What they answered
Six qualification questions. You know who you are calling before you dial.
A registry nobody can retouch
Every row locks the previous one. Tampering after the fact shows.
Proof before promise
A real certificate, anonymised. Open it, look for the flaw.
Consent certificate · append-only registry
How much
The market shows 5 to 200 EUR for what looks like the same thing.
The gap measures three variables: exclusivity, depth of qualification, and traceability of consent. We price per file, by sector and volume. Tell us what you sell and to whom: you leave with a price and a sample file.
Frequently asked questions
Can I still buy leads after August 11?
Yes. The law allows a third party to collect consent on your behalf. What changes is that you must be able to produce it yourself. A lead delivered without named proof exposes you, whatever the contract says.
Is a generic consent naming « our partners » enough?
No. The French regulator requires an exhaustive, accessible list of partners at collection time, and a partner cannot pass the consent further down. A resale chain breaks it at the first hand.
Which sectors do you work in?
Campaigns currently run in France and Switzerland. The method does not depend on the sector; the cost per lead does. Pricing comes after a conversation, not from a grid.
How do I verify a certificate was not fabricated afterwards?
Every row of the registry carries the fingerprint of the previous one. Changing an old entry invalidates everything after it. You can recompute the chain yourself; the method ships with the file.
Tell us what you sell, and to whom.
You leave with a sample file and a price. Answer within 24 hours, from the person who built the registry.
