02 / AI agents
They write at 10 pm.
You answer tomorrow. Too late.
A custom AI agent, wired into your tools
An agent that answers, understands and books in your place, on WhatsApp. In French, English, Spanish and Arabic (Darija), in writing and by voice.
Is this you?
- You answer messages between two customers, or at night from home.
- On Sundays the inbox fills up and nobody picks up.
- Someone on your team copies bookings from one screen to another.
- You tried a chatbot. It answers nicely and books nothing.
- Your customers write in Darija, and the tool does not understand.
None of this requires changing how you work. The agent plugs into it.
The question that separates an agent from a chatbot
- 01
Ask what the tool does when it does not have the answer. A chatbot makes something up or hands you over. An agent goes looking in your systems.
- 02
An agent calls tools, chains several steps, keeps the state of the file, and decides the next action on its own. A chatbot produces text and waits.
- 03
In practice: a chatbot tells you the opening hours, an agent blocks the slot and schedules the reminder.
What ours already does, in production
Four languages, voice included
French, English, Spanish and Arabic (Darija), in writing and voice notes, with spoken replies. Darija is the part generic models miss.
End-to-end booking
It reads the calendar, offers a real slot, writes it in, confirms, and sends the day-before reminder.
Motivated escalation
A complaint, an off-catalogue request, a group needing approval: it does not improvise, it hands over with context.
Capped costs
A budget per request and per month, set with you. A runaway loop stops instead of billing.
Watch it run
The agent runs on a real WhatsApp number, on a real spa calendar. Ask for the demo: we show it to you live, Darija voice note included.

How much
The market quotes 5,000 to 150,000 EUR. A range like that says nothing.
The price factor is not the AI, it is the number of systems to wire in. An agent that answers costs little; an agent that writes into your calendar costs what that wiring costs. We quote after seeing your tools, and we tell you when a packaged tool would do.
Frequently asked questions
Does it really understand Darija?
In writing and in voice notes, with spoken replies. It is the hardest part of the system: Darija is rarely written, highly variable, and poorly covered by generic models. Ask for the demo, we show it live rather than asking you to take our word.
What happens when it does not know?
It escalates with context, into a queue on the manager's side. It does not invent slots, does not promise off-catalogue services, and does not approve a group of six on a Sunday on its own.
Does it replace someone?
No, and that is not the point. It takes the 10 pm messages, the Sunday ones, the rush-hour ones: the ones that used to slip. The gain shows in bookings you no longer miss.
Do I keep control over what it says?
That is the default. You define what it may confirm alone and what goes through you. The dial usually moves toward more autonomy once trust settles in.
Tell us which task eats your time.
We tell you whether an agent can take it, what it requires, and how much. Including when the answer is no.
